TAKING ACTION

We have finally found way to go on with the civil lawsuit. From now on we are going to enter a LEGAL PROCESS AGAINST THE OWNERS AND ADMINS OF BIT-MINING.CO

To everybody who has already sent information or questions to bitminingclaim@gmail.com we will contact you in the next days with a concrete proposal.

DURING THE LEGAL ACTIONS WE WILL REMAIN SILENT, AS JUSTICE DOES IT JOB, AND WILL NOT UPDATE WITH RELEVANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE CASE UNLESS IS MADE PUBLICLY AVALIABLE BY THE COURT.

if you still haven't contacted us, you can do it at the previous e-mail.

Fresh update

We keep going on :)

- There are some news and it seems we may have the personal information of the admin of bit-mining.co; of course last word on that should be told by justice. Check the Bitcointalk thread for more info about this.

- We have reached a total of 71 BTC of reported losses by users to the e-mail bit-mining.co; it's a considerable amount and of course this shows that there's many people who has been scammed.

- You can upload your info and documentation of your losses; check this article we published on the blog some days ago on how to do it: bitminingclaim.blogspot.com/2014/05/hello-all-i-have-prepared-webapp-where.html

- We keep working in other to go ahead with the lawsuit. Hope in some days have new & fresh info

All the best

Relevant info

Hello all,

I have prepared a webapp where you can post the files you consider important and relevant information about your losses:

You can also find it at the upper part of the blog

I recommend you to upload:

- screenshots
- copies of e-mails in pdf, jpg or docs specially screenshots

- copies of sent transactions to bit-mining.co adresses; you can make an excel with the amount and the blockchain link of the transaction (https://blockchain.info/) that will help you prove you send this btc or ltc to that adress

- any other document you think is important and that may help you in the future prove you funded your bit-mining.co account, which is the most important part. If we go forward our aim will be to prove we funded the accounts; also screenshots are useful to prove we had an specific balance on a date.

STRONGLY RECOMMEND you to ZIP ALL THE FILES you can collect and save them with YOUR EMAIL WRITEN LIKE: youre-mailatyoure-mailprovider.com (for example: exampleatgmaildotcom.zip )

So it's easier to mantain information we classified

It may be useful for the future to already have all this information classified.

Best regards,

kimmel

Starting here

As you may know bit-mining.co was doing cloud mining until it stopped working.

I was one of its users and got scammed by them. Now they're offline but with other users interested I consider we should claim for what is ours. BTC, LTC or GHz, we have given them a property (*it's considered like this in many countries including usa) in exchange of a mining service we are not receiving. Not only this but we have been robbed while trying to send the btc or ltc in our accounts.

As a result many of us have suffered serious losses.

In order to be able to try to recover as much as possible we should get together and act united.

In order to be able to afford a legal action against them, we should get a good deal from a good professional for a GOOD JOB.

That's what I'm doing now: I'm dealing with different Legal services to negotiate a good proposal in order to go on this matter. I'm talking with spanish lawyers but also with canadian ones.

I will keep you updated with the best offer I can find which better represents our interest.

My goal is to find a way that everyone who can prove in many different ways I specify below that sent funds to Bit-mining.co, finds it really cheap to claim this funds.

The steps are the following:

  • FIND A GOOD DEAL FOR WHO REPRESENTS US
  • PAY FOR THE INVESTIGATION NEEDED IN ORDER TO SEE IF WE CAN PROCEED (the more of us involved the cheaper it will get)
    • In order to proceed we will use an scrow service, it means the money will be paid to someone who will guarantee we receive what we pay for.
  • If the result of the investigation is Positive we PROCEED with the debt claim.

If anyone has already started a process in which WE CAN JOIN, please INFORM US.

In order to get the best deal we will need the amount of BTC that each one will be claiming for. We will divide the ASSOCIATED COSTS in the amount of BTC claimed.

We WILL NOT ALLOW to claim for more BITCOINS that the ones reported during this first investigation to divide the costs, in order to avoid ABUSE.

IN THIS FIRST STEP EVERYONE IS RESPONSIBLE OF CALCULATING THE NUMBER OF BTC THEY WILL BE CLAIMING FOR.

If you have screenshots it may be easier, but I suggest you to count the nº of btc transfered to a bit-mining.co adress.

DON'T TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE LOST DIVIDENDS AS I SUGGEST TO DO THIS IF WE PROCEED WITH THE DEBT CLAIM AFTER THE INVESTIGATION.

You can contact me or send your info to bitminingclaim@gmail.com. I recommend you to add the following:

- your name
- registered mail at bit-mining.co
- Nº of btc lost
- Nº of ltc lost
- your contact e-mail

- IMPORTANT: be aware that some of the users have screenshots so we will be able to show that certain BTC adresses belong to Bit-mining.co so don't panic if you don't have screenshots: you just will have to be able to show that you sent certain amounts of bitcoins from Trading accounts in major exchanges (and that the account is registered to a e-mail of your property) or from your personal wallet.

I WILL KEEP YOU INFORMED.
ALL THE BEST
